I know this firsthand—within our family are allergies, asthma, and heart conditions, which made us question what we were really breathing in when lighting a candle.

Organica Botanica Candles was born out of a personal journey. Like so many others, I used to burn candles without thinking much about what was inside them—until I started noticing the effects. Headaches, itchy eyes, and discomfort made me look deeper into what I was bringing into my home.
That’s when I discovered the art and science of professional candle-making. I completed a professional candle making course, researched, experimented, tested, and carefully selected only the purest, most sustainable ingredients. I became determined to craft candles that would be both beautiful and beneficial, bringing the therapeutic power of essential oils into every home. I make all my fragrances by blending from essential oils as raw materials and putting together beautifully complex blends.
If you’ve ever met me at a farmers' market or craft fair, you’ve likely heard me talk passionately about this. I love connecting with people who share my values—who care about the quality of what they bring into their homes and who appreciate the beauty of an artisan-made candle.
